Credit packages for Vimmo Studio are sold by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

Credits are returned only for failed videos

If a video cannot be produced because of a technical error or failure (for example, a generation error, a failed render, or an interruption on our servers), the credits spent on it are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask, and this happens as soon as the failure is detected.

No other refunds

In all other cases credits and purchases are not refundable. This includes:

• unused credits, partly or fully;
• videos that were generated successfully, including when you are not satisfied with the creative result (script, voice, images or subtitles);
• videos you cancel yourself;
• credits on an account that is closed for violating our Terms of Service.

Credits are digital content delivered to your account immediately after payment. By completing a purchase you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the credits are delivered.

Questions

If you believe a failed video was charged, or a credit return did not reach your balance, email destek@vimmostudio.com with your account email and the video. We will check it and return the credits if it was a technical failure.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

Kredi yalnızca başarısız videolarda iade edilir

Bir video teknik bir hata ya da başarısızlık nedeniyle üretilemezse (örneğin üretim hatası, render hatası ya da sunucularımızdaki bir kesinti), o video için harcanan kredi bakiyenize kendiliğinden geri yüklenir. Ayrıca talep etmeniz gerekmez; hata fark edildiği anda yapılır.

Diğer durumlarda iade yapılmaz

Bunun dışındaki hiçbir durumda kredi ya da ödeme iadesi yapılmaz. Bu durumlar şunları kapsar:

• kısmen ya da tamamen kullanılmamış krediler;
• başarıyla üretilen videolar; yaratıcı sonuçtan (senaryo, ses, görsel ya da altyazı) memnun kalmadığınız durumlar dahil;
• kendi iptal ettiğiniz videolar;
• Kullanım Şartları'nın ihlali nedeniyle kapatılan hesaplardaki krediler.

Krediler, ödemeden hemen sonra hesabınıza teslim edilen dijital içeriktir. Satın almayı tamamlayarak anında ifa edilmesini talep etmiş ve krediler teslim edildiğinde cayma hakkınızın sona erdiğini kabul etmiş olursunuz (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği m. 15/1-ğ).

Sorular

Başarısız bir video için kredinin düşüldüğünü ya da kredi iadesinin bakiyenize yansımadığını düşünüyorsanız, hesabınızın e-postası ve videoyla birlikte destek@vimmostudio.com adresine yazın. İnceleyip teknik bir başarısızlıksa krediyi geri yükleriz.

Bu politika, 6502 sayılı Kanun ve ilgili mevzuattan doğan emredici haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
